Before booking an appointment it is best to come into the studio to discuss your ideas, bringing any reference images that you have with you. We will then talk you through cost/how long the tattoo is likely to take, the design process and see what available appointments we have.
A deposit of £50 will be needed to secure your slot. If your tattoo is priced under £50 your deposit will be £25.
For custom pieces, designs will always be drawn up in order of appointment. Usually your design will be with you at least a few days before your sitting. Once we have an idea drawn up for you we will contact you via facebook or moblie so that you can have a look and discuss with us any changes you may want to make. I'm afraid we simply do not have time to draw up ideas for people who are not booked in as we already have a huge work load!
Once you are happy with your design we will make sure that we have a range of different sizes for you to try when you come in for your appointment. For certain designs we will measure the area that is going to be tattooed prior to your appointment and draw it to scale so that it fits the body part perfectly.
On arrival of your appointment you will be asked to fill out a consent form with some information about yourself as well as any relevant medical history that could affect your tattoo. We will need to know if you have: diabetes, heart problems, blood clotting disorders, blood pressure problems, blood bourne diseases (such as HIV, hepatitis, etc), if you are pregnant, etc, etc.
Once your tattoo is complete you will be given both verbal and written aftercare instructions which you will need to follow very carefully.
